Performance wise the PC is best, this game can even run on potatoes fine. PS4 has high resolution textures (compared to PS3/PC) and improved shaders (which not all seems to like that much) Shadows, sightrange and amount of soldiers on screen is also higher/better. Also textures and sightrange are the same as on PS3. It's a straight port from PS3, minus online mode. I also think it's locked to max 60FPS so 120hz/144hz are screwed too. Dynasty Warriors 5 Empires (4 Empires, Shin Sangoku Musou 4 Empires) is the second expansion for Dynasty Warriors 5.
